Our growth is entirely word of mouth (but we do have 38M users). We've been around since 2016, and unlike our competitors that you probably see sponsoring every Youtuber out there, and spending 1/2 their revenue on ads, we do not advertise, or pay people to promote us. Enough for streaming but left me wanting more out of them for anything else. In terms of speeds, they were decent but not the fastest.
If I'd had the lifetime subscription, different story, but back then they were relatively new and unknown compared to others. Couldn't justify the higher cost when they have a lot of competitors in the same price bracket that offer faster speeds and similar security/features. I let my subscription expire with them after their prices started climbing vs what I paid back in 2018.
